You MUST arrive 15 minutes early. The room will begin at the time you choose and late arrivals will NOT be permitted into the room. NO REFUNDS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES for late arrivals, no shows or same day bookings.
***Any changes to your booking, including refunds for group size, are only allowed up to 24 hours before your room begins. No changes allowed for same day bookings.
UPDATE: DUE TO COVID-19 ALL ROOMS ARE PRIVATE AND ALLOWING ANY AGE CHILD INTO THE ROOM. ONLY CHOOSE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP AND WE WILL BLOCK THE REMAINING SEATS TO MAKE YOUR ROOM PRIVATE. CHILDREN 5 AND YOUNGER ARE ALLOWED IN FOR FREE. ANYONE 15 AND YOUNGER ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT A PAYING ADULT 18 OR OLDER.

We normally allow several groups to book the same room until the maximum is met. During COVID outbreak, we only allowed private bookings and have decided to continue with this model. When you book for your group online we will block all remaining seats to avoid other groups from booking the same room; a private room without the cost!
